Keeping on top of your Truxor Machine
As we at Aquaclear own and work Truxor Machines, we understand the importance of keeping on top of the servicing and maintenance side of things. In order to get the best out of
a machine and ensure that it is running smoothly,
it is recommended that it is serviced yearly or every 500 hours (whichever comes first).

Full Service
A full service includes but is not limited to:
Filter/Oil Change
We will change the engine oil, as well as all filters in both the engine and the hydraulic system
Adjustment of Moving Parts
We will check and adjust the chains, belts and tracks so that everything is brought back within the recommended factory guidelines for each individual part
Full Inspection
We will Inspect all wearable parts and hoses to ensure that there is plenty of life left on these parts and your Truxor will continue to run smoothly in the time following
the service
Full Report and Recommendations
Finally, we will give a full report of all work carried out and provide you, the operator with a list of suggestions to ensure your machine continues to run smoothly and
you get the most out of your Truxor
Note that many smaller parts are kept in our vehicles and can be replaced on the day, but some may need to be placed on order following a service.
